Translation is in the video.... You just need to download and install the codec pack http://rapidshare.com/files/2081334/Codec_Pack_2006.11.05.exe

If u mean in general u can use VLC player to add subs in video and watch them or u can use VirtualDubMob to perm add subs in a video!
